Features
¡ñOpen type frame. ¡ñThe combination structure of splice frame and distribution frame is adopted. The combination is consisted of basic frame, expansion frame and integrated splice frame of the advantage of distinct arrangement, which can not only be maintained collectively but also managed with separate level thus making capacity expansion, installation and operation convenient. The frame fully meets the management and business development requirement of the fiber terminal station or joint connection station with big capacity and plays a more important role. ¡ñThe frames respectively for splice and distribution are used separately for the splice between fiber and pigtail and the connection between pigtail and patchcord and are suitable for all fibers of different structures. ¡ñHigh density and big capacity: the capacity of the frame with a height of 2200mm can reach 864 cores. ¡ñFull length control of curvature: the curvature radius is ensured at 40mm at any position of fiber so as to minimize loss. ¡ñPerfect earth system is provided. ¡ñThe cable can be inlet from both the top and the bottom of the frame. (It is recommended to inlet from the top so as to facilitate maintenance.) ¡ñThe frame is suitable for both common cable and ribbon type cable and provided with reliable earth device for cable fixture.
Fiber distribution unit
¡ñ6-position adapter manager and FC(SC) adapter are adopted. ¡ñThe unit is provided with fiber separation hook, fiber laying groove, fiber-winding shaft etc. ¡ñThe adapter managers are compact and neat, 72 cores/unit. ¡ñThe curvature radius 40mm. ¡ñSmall doors are provided for both left and right units. The doors can be fully opened to facilitate installation.

Horizontal Fiber Support Groove ¡ñAt the back of each optical distribution frame, opposite to the two fiber distribution units at left and right of frame front, a fiber support channel is equipped to facilitate fiber jumping between units, as well as the direct jumping between frames without passing frame top. Common optical distribution frame doesn't have such advantage. ¡ñThere is enough space in the fiber support groove so as to facilitate operation and maintenance. |

Optic cable inlet ¡ñFully operated at front. The optic cable and pigtail are inlet at the integrated splice frame from both top and bottom. It's proposed to inlet from top for convenient maintenance. There is enough space in the frame for easy operation. ¡ñPlenty of fiber protection devices for selection. ¡ñUFO type splice tray is adopted. ¡ñSuitable for single-core, bundle or ribbon type pigtails.

UFO TYPE SPLICE TRAY ¡ñNew UFO flying disc splice tray is of double-layered structure and closed protection. ¡ñDirectionless splice tray can be removed out freely to facilitate user's maintenance. ¡ñSurplus fiber and pigtail are winded twice in inner circle and outer circle. The surplus length of fiber and pigtail are long enough to move the splice tray onto worktable for splice when the fiber and pigtail in the outer circle are loosed. ¡ñEach tray can be used for splice of 12 fibers. ¡ñFlame-retardant material is adopted for plastic component for good performance of safety. ¡ñCurvature radius R 40mm.

Optical Distribution Unit ¡ñ8-position adapter manager and round FC type adapter are adopted. ¡ñFiber separation hook and fiber laying groove are provided for the unit. ¡ñThe adapter managers are overlapped compactly and neatly with the advantage of big capacity (96 cores/unit). ¡ñCurvature radius R 40mm. ¡ñSmall lids are provided at both left and right sides. ¡ñThere are two kinds of units: the unit without fiber winding shaft (corresponding depth of frame is 700mm) is suitable for ribbon pigtail or bundle pigtail (Figure 1); the unit with fiber winding shaft (corresponding depth of frame is 900 mm) is suitable for common single-core pigtail, ribbon pigtail and/or bundle pigtail (Figure 2).

Horizontal Fiber Support Groove ¡ñA fiber support groove is equipped at the back of the frame relative to two horizontal optical distribution units at front so as to facilitate dispatching fibers between units, as well as dispatching fibers between frames without passing fibers through top of the frame. Common optical distribution frame doesn't have such function. ¡ñFiber support groove is spacious and convenient for operation and maintenance. |

Fiber Inlet of Pigtail Arrangement
¡ñIt is fully operated at front. The fiber and pigtail are inlet from the middle of the integrated splice frame and can be inlet both from the top and the bottom of the frame. (It is recommended to inlet from the top so as to facilitate maintenance.) ¡ñFiber cable overlapping structure can inlet 16~30 pieces of cables (double-sided frame) and is suitable for common or ribbon cable. ¡ñCable, fiber and pigtail are arranged in parallel, more convenient. ¡ñEarth device for cable reinforcement is provided. ¡ñUFO type splice tray is adopted with a capacity of 60 trays/unit, 240 trays (4 units)/frame(double-sided frame). ¡ñIt is suitable for single core, bundle or ribbon type pigtails. ¡ñThe latest UFO type splice tray, double-layered structure and closed protection. ¡ñThe tray is directionless and can be removed out freely so as to facilitate user's maintenance. ¡ñSurplus fiber and pigtail can be winded in both inner circle and outer circle. The surplus length of fiber and pigtail are long enough to move the splice tray onto worktable for splice when the fiber and pigtail in the outer circle are loosed. ¡ñEach tray can be used to splice 12 cores of fiber(s). ¡ñThe plastics is flame-retardant material with good safety. ¡ñCurvature radius R 40mm.
